Description and Requirements

Are you a dynamic, fearless, and highly organized individual with a hunger for success? We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to drive acquisition sales in the midsize private sector. This role offers an opportunity to shape your career while representing a renowned brand.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, fostering strong relationships, and expanding Lenovo's portfolio. Collaboration with internal sales teams across the Nordics region will be crucial in growing our market share and enhancing your commercial skills.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating trust and rapport with accounts in Finland through proactive follow-up, providing product information, and managing customer needs and expectations
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize output and achieve targets
  • Utilizing strong administrative skills to support Senior Account Managers in strategic decision-making
  • Acquiring and enabling new customers with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Planning and executing commercial activities tailored to the accounts, including discussions on new product introductions
  • Driving revenue growth across a diverse business partner base by leveraging channel incentive programs

You will report to the Mid-Market Nordics Manager based in Sweden and actively participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. 

Your Profile:

  • Ideally 1 - 3 years of experience in IT sales and a high affinity for IT sales on the phone
  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish, English as well as presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge in the area of Workplace, Services and Server is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship
  • Rely on your strong relationship building skills and work independently in a goal-oriented manner
  • Strong team player, a high degree of flexibility, independence, proactivity and the ability to deliver excellent results under time pressure
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
