Description

Main Responsibility

 

·         Ensure all system application are running well in operation both inbound, outbound, customer care

·          Support all project that will be implemented  related to Customer Service

·         Project management by conduct testing for UAT and PAT for all any new activity enhancement of development related to IPRO , and CS implementation activity

·         Conduct Socialization and sharing information to Customer Service for project implementation

·         Monitoring project implementation and provide report analysis

·         Support dialer outbound call strategy  to support operation

·         Provide analysis of dialer performance

·         Service system management ( setup, troubleshoot, etc)

·         Prepared service equipment for service agent ( PC , Headset, Login ID, keyboard, mouse)

·         Set up and send all communication blast through email, SMS to customer

·         Remark on the system on every email or sms blast activity

·         Collaborate with IT as CS helpdesk in solve the problem on system

·         Log and report all incident happened and asset management to IT department

·         Create article communication broadcast based on event calendar such as healthy day,  diabetes world day ,

·         Manage all tools use in operation such as PC Set use in operations

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

1.     Essential: College graduate form reputable university

2.    Essential: min 2 years in insurance industrial and familiar with PDS Dialer

3.    Experience working in technical and admin support related project

4.   Dialer management PDS experienced is valuable

5.    Systematic CC Pulse and Genesyst are expected

6.    Good in negotiation and communication skills, analytical thinking, and comfortable dealing with timeline

7.    Must be independent hardworking, responsible, , able to work under pressure and highly committed to the job
