Hogarth Spain is looking for an Creative Art capable of visualising concepts and developing communications and brand actions and advertising campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the vision and creative direction of campaigns and projects.
  • Develop innovative concepts that align with the brand's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of the brand's visual identity and tone across all communications
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and creative excellence.
  • Identify development and training opportunities for the team.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, objectives and expectations.
  • Present creative proposals, defending ideas with data, logic and strategic vision.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that creative work meets market standards of quality, originality and relevance.
  • Oversee all stages of creative production, from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies and consumer preferences.
  • Incorporate market insights and data analysis to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years' experience in the design of advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to adapt visualisations to the different graphic styles required for each piece, campaign or communication element.
  • Be fast and effective, with the ability to work in a team and initiative to propose innovative ideas.
  • Coordination with the rest of the departments for the execution of the campaigns.
  • Studies in Advertising, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts or similar
  • Handling of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
  • Art and design portfolio
  • High level of spoken and written English
