Due to expansion into the Asia Pacific region, WEX Australia is seeking a multilingual Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our award-winning Customer Service team, in which you will communicate with our fuel card customers over the phone and in writing in order to resolve account/transaction queries and complaints.


Always striving for first time resolution of queries, you will contribute to the achievement of the team's KPIs and ensure WEX Australia's continued reputation in the market as leaders in customer service.


What are we looking for? (Key Selection Criteria)

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential (speaking, reading and writing).


With first-class communication skills and a self-motivated passion for delivering superior customer service, you will demonstrate a strong team-focus and ability to commit to a rotating roster (Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 9:00pm) with occasional work on public holidays.

With at least 6 months experience in a high volume call centre, you will possess strong organisational skills allowing you to thrive under pressure in a KPI-driven, inbound call centre environment. Experience in a queueing environment is highly advantageous.
