Icertis is looking for a leader to streamline its SaaS operations through the introduction of a robust DevOps discipline. Introducing new tools and processes and enhancing existing ones to improve the overall efficiency in the end to end dev-ops pipeline are key deliverables for this role and requires working closely with the CPO, CTO and the head of Engineering.
Work closely with different departmental leaders to improve the process for DevOps such that new releases can be rapidly deployed with zero touch precision and with highest quality.
Introduce new tools and processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Own the specification, provisioning, security and health of all deployment environments and cloud assets.
Be responsible for ensuring non-functional requirements are met before deploying each release and certify the release for completeness for these requirements as part of Quality Assurance.
Research industry trends and establish a continuous improvement process.
Own infrastructure compliance including IS27001 and SOC2 compliances related to devops.
Deep expertise in establishing and improving the DevOps discipline in a multi-tenant SaaS organization delivering enterprise software.
In depth understanding of MS Azure PaaS platform and associated tools and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to be strategic in the thinking for establishing and delivering a longer term plan while addressing the day to day needs.
Prior experience in managing engineering and cloud data center operations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Team skills to work with Engineering, PM, QA, Operations to bring consensus across teams in establishing new processes.
BS or MS degree from a reputed university with 15+ years of experience in high growth environments.
