Reports to Director, Professional Services.
Responsible for driving the tactical day-to-day operations of professional services organization which includes:

Professional Services Resource Management, Allocation and Reporting.
Support with set up of Professional Services Projects in SharePoint.
Weekly/Monthly reports to Professional Services Management, both scheduled and ado reports
Resource Planning reports based on Sales Pipeline and Active Project Allocation.
Early warning reports on key resource shortages.
Other reports as needed.
Support smooth on-boarding of new Professional Services resources.
Maintain updated status of Professional Services Resource Certification.
Other projects as assigned.

3 -5 years’ experience with Professional Services operations for services or Product Company.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
Proficient with MS Office Programs.
Ability to develop models in Excel.
Strong skills in effective use of PowerPoint to develop clear and compelling presentations.
Financial Force or Other Professional Services Automation tools experience a plus.
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work with limited of direction.
Strong Customer Focus.
