Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Icertis Contract Management System.
Make cold outbound calls to target accounts.
Call and quality sales leads.
Initiate telephone and email contact with potential Enterprise prospects from various lead sources, including but not limited to: Website, Online events, Tradeshows, 3rdParty Vendors, Social Media.
Answer inbound calls and emails.
Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding Inbound Sales Service Level Agreements.
Record prospect information into CRM database.
Interface frequently with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Presales and Executive Leadership Team.
sf.com and Outreach experience would be a plus.
Experience selling to C-Suite (Fortune 5000 would be a plus).
2+ years of successful software sales experience.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.
