About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to lead a dynamic team of product designers focused on our Profile, Payments, Purchase, and Extensions teams. This role assumes responsibility for the quality of the work, our processes, and actively manages the careers and performance of the team. The Senior Product Design Manager will help shape the strategy for multiple squads in partnership with their cross-functional counterparts, providing design feedback and guidance to their reports, and work across squads to connect the dots across larger strategic initiatives. Additionally, they will work together with the Senior Director of Product Design, the Director of Research, and the Head of Design Systems to develop a compelling design vision that aligns member needs with business objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the design team.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
