As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the customer care and logistics planning operations in the Central Europe markets. This includes managing the relationship between Mars and the distributors from a SC perspective. In this role, you would be the main point of contact with the sales force and distributors in terms of customer service and logistics operations.
Key performance indicators include customer service levels to trade Case fill, Logistics reversal, On time delivery, NQC’s, as well as database maintenance on both Mars and customer systems for customer Credit Notes.
The Job entails cross-functional interaction between Sales, SC Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes and KPI’s.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- You are responsible for the customer care and logistics planning operations in the UAE markets. This includes managing the relationship between Mars and TM distributors from a SC perspective. The function would be the main point of contact with the sales force and distributors in terms of customer service and logistics operations.
- Key performance indicators include customer service levels to trade Case fill, Logistics reversal, On time delivery, NQC’s, as well as database maintenance on both Mars and customer systems for customer Credit Notes.
- The Job entails cross-functional interaction between Sales, SC Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes and KPI’s as part of our Supply Vision to “deliver the freshest products, leverage scale and continuously improve cost and service”.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in Supply or Customer Service, preferably in FMCG industry
- Detail orientation, organization & planning skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Native Romanian and fluent in English (min. B2-C1 level)
- Great team spirit and collaboration skills, as you´ll be a part of international cross-segment team
