- Management oversight of KRI’s and KPI’s
- Review of the process ensuring exceptional performance, efficiency and risk management
- Stakeholder management, Ensuring trainings have been imparted within the team for effective execution of BAU

- Managing appraisals and grooming leaders for future plans.
Minimum qualifications Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/other related background) with • Good Product & Process Knowledge, Ability to perform Research & Investigation, Good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills, MIS & Reporting Skills, Ability to manage Stakeholder, Identify opportunities for process improvement/improve efficiency.
Min 15+ years experience in Financial Services environment
