The Position

You will be responsible for executing sales and customer support.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Knowing customer and develop the target market. Following up responsible customers in one's own accounts and optimizing the use of expenses budget.
  • Managing suitable distributor network, assisting and monitoring performance of distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
  • Supporting distributors to have a better coverage of end users.
  • Developing and maintaining customers, increasing in-market sales.
  • Observing competitors closely and cooperation with tendering team and following up the process in the area.
  • Market data collection and providing insights to area manager in a regular basis.
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management in respective Emerging market. Leading sales effort with the coordination with CC and other support teams.

Basic Requirements of the Job:

You shoud hold Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree.

You should have:

  • Conversational communication in both spoken and written English.
  • Good command of MS office software application
  • At least 5 years' similar sales experience in the relevant industry. Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus.
