What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate to fill the Global IT Network Security Senior Specialist position in the Secure Networking squad at BCG. 

As a SASE Security Engineer at BCG, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions that protect our global network infrastructure and our global workforce. You will work closely with a cross-functional teams to integrate security across our cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring a robust and resilient network security posture. This role requires a technical background in network security, cloud services, and SASE frameworks, with a focus on delivering scalable and automated security solutions. 

Areas of focus will include implementing Zero Trust solutions with Zscaler across Cloud providers and datacenters, applying advanced threat protection and improving compliance through network security policy management, to name a few. 

YOU WILL:

• Utilize knowledge of security design principles to help implement and manage end-to-end security solutions for BCG with a focus on Zscaler and SASE technologies 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler solutions into existing IT infrastructure 
• Maintain documentation for security configurations, guidelines, and best practices. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve security issues related to Zscaler 
• Support vendor assessments and audits 
• Prepare and review monthly status reports and statistics 
• Work in Agile framework

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of network security engineering experience with medium to large scale implementations 
• Knowledge of network security, cloud security, and cyber threats 
• Experience as a network security engineer, with a focus on Zscaler technologies 
• Excellent communication skills for user and leadership interactions and team collaboration 
• Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Engineer (ZCA) or equivalent 
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 

Desirable 

• BA degree in computer or information sciences or similar field 
• DevOps experience with automation and scripting development tools 
• Cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP 
• Related security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, ITIL etc.)
