As a Data Specialist, you will:

  • Track Web-based optimization-testing research experiments and prepare periodic progress and status reports
  • Collaborate with Research Analysts to facilitate marketing tests
  • Collect, record and organize data
  • Run reports and download testing data to input into Excel spreadsheets

We’re ready for you if you have this experience and education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study
  • Ability to follow process carefully and precisely
  • Ability to repeat a lengthy, highly detailed process that requires extreme focus multiple times a day
  • Desire and motivation to continually learn and grow, personally and professionally
  • Demonstrated extreme attention to detail
  • Strong process orientation

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • An understanding of and ability to apply and interpret basic mathematical and statistical concepts, including Mean, Median and Standard Deviation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
