Your role and responsibilities

Strategy: Partner with the LPG LVS leadership team to develop the overall Business and People Strategy. Determine and deliver the best HR approach achieve business objectives. Execute the HR priorities while adding value to the business. Engage into strategy development initiatives for the global GPG LVS Organization. People and Organization Development: Partner with the leadership to develop an organization design and development gameplan and drive initiatives to establish an adaptive learning organization culture. Coach, motivate, and develop talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team. Change Management: Act as a change coach to the organization. Plan and facilitate successful change management initiatives across the organization. Drives behavioral change and continuous improvement. Functional Excellence: Acts as partner and coach in the execution of employee lifecycle processes including compensation and benefits, people performance, people analytics, learning and development, employee engagement, global mobility. Collaboration: Works in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners & leadership to ensure clarity of and engagement to local initiatives and ensure labor compliance in implementing them. Works across HR expert teams to deliver world class HR programs. Standards and Compliance: Ensures all employees understand ABB Safety and Integrity standards and act accordingly. Ensures compliance with legislation, HR policies and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility. Acts as personal role model of the expected behavior.

Qualifications for the role

  • 5 years’ experience in HR, either as HRBP or with focus in talent management, learning and organizational development or consulting and advising business leaders in people related topics.
  • Have a digital mindset with proficient using Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to design and delivering soft skills trainings, workshops, and programs facilitation. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach. Ability to work within cross-functional teams in an environment which requires multi-tasking
  • Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
  • Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues.
  • Fluency in English
