Internal Audit (IA) is an independent, objective assurance and consulting function that adds value and improves operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. IA helps HPE achieve its objectives by systematically evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance and by implementing best practices through a process of open communication, professionalism, and trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify data analytics opportunities – develop dashboards and reports and perform data analysis across all business processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of data analytics projects by actively managing delivery phase of the projects, ensuring proper communication within the team, monitor progress and quality of work delivered.
  • Provide support to the Global Internal Audit team members for development of data analytics for audit purposes.
  • Stay abreast of new data analytics audit developments trends.
  • Support solutions that impact multiple business units and/or countries.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance.
  • Typically +8 years of related experience in data analytics, audit or finance.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards, PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, knowledge of and experience in using Data Analytics and data visualization tools, e.g. R, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
  • Practical experience in SQL (ORACLE/SQL Server).
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. VBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Continuous Controls Auditing and Monitoring standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Team player able to work under time pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
