What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Support of Commercial & Margeting activities
  • Support the organization of meetings and congress-related activities
  • Provide administrative and sales support to country leader and sales force
  • Assist the country leader with the preparation of presentations
  • Manage internal and customer travel arrangements
  • Provide support in handling customer complaints
  • Provide logistic support for customer deliveries
  • Assist team with internal product requests and inventory with both outside and inside storage
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Track country expenses
  • Support the office manager with healthcare compliance processes for customer-related activities using the Polaris system
  • Resolve customer-related pricing issues in SAP
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
