Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role focused on technology performance reporting and strategic business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on creating professional, impactful PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Understanding of the principles of change management and effective communication techniques.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing new reporting formats and communication methods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of presenting complex data in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated basic project management skills, with experience in leading initiative and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Adept at creating visual narratives that simplify complex information, making it accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies, particularly in the context of technology change management.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
