We are seeking a Head of Quality to join our team in Business Area South-East Europe (BA-SEE). The Position

As the Head of Quality BA-SEE at Novo Nordisk, you will support business processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. You will also represent BA-SEE NN HQ and SEEMEA (region South East Europe, Middle East and Africa) in relation to quality matters.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain the BA-SEE Quality Management System in accordance with Novo Nordisk and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day compliance with quality requirements.
  • Assess quality risks in BA-SEE and propose strategies for mitigation.
  • Act as the Quality Assurance (QA) representative for BA-SEE and provide guidance and support to Quality Responsible Persons (QRP) in BA-SEE affiliates.
  • Make decisions on quality issues affecting multiple countries in BA-SEE.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems, including ISO 9001 standards and EU-GDP.
  • Auditor qualification is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and managerial skills and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Novo Nordisk IT systems and tools.
