As a HR Assistant, you will find and attract top talent for EDITED, introducing candidates to our company and guiding them through the hiring process. Our team is growing quickly, and we’re focussed on being one of the best places to work in London/New York, if not the world.
You’ll be the first point of contact and the face of EDITED for all our applicants, so you’ll be great at making a good impression. When speaking to candidates, you will pitch the company, job role, and work environment/culture with passion and be quick to judge whether they can be a good fit.
The role includes speaking to new applicants as well as proactively attracting talent - ranging from LinkedIn prospecting, finding new job portals to advertise on, coordinating recruitment events and building relationships with universities.
You’ll also make sure our hiring process runs smoothly - from screening candidates/reviewing applications to maintaining our applicant tracking system and coordinating schedules internally.You are:
