JOB DESCRIPTION

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for serving as an order management and allocations liaison for the LS&Co. ANZ sales organization. Reporting to the Order Management Team Lead (ANZ), the OM Analyst is accountable for partnering with the business services provider to execute the order management, returns management and reporting tasks required. The OM Analyst provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

  • Effectively review and analyze the order hold file for specific account/accounts assigned (ANZ Field, plus overview of Major Accounts).
  • Highest level of customer service and support provided to business partners and retailers.
  • Requested retailer and/or sales team order modifications processed in accordance with order management policies and procedures.
  • Order management skills continually enhanced and best practices shared throughout the organization. 
  • Ensure country level practices are in compliance with global and cluster practices.
  • Collaborate with external business service provider. Provide regular feedback on processes and improvement opportunities. Conduct/attend monthly meeting.
  • Conduct check-ins and service level discussions with Sales and Supply Chain to enhance relationships between Customer Success, Sales, Supply Chain and Business services provider.
  • Answering telephone and email queries relating to deliveries, stock availabilities and general product and account enquiries

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred.
  • Order Management and Customer Service experience required.
  • Strong systems/computer knowledge essential: SAP or ERP order management system, Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel)
  • Must have the ability to work independently to resolve problems on orders by partnering with suppliers and key stakeholders and analyzing the order file in order to make accurate decisions on execution. 
  • Excellent organizational/prioritization skills; attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with outside supplier.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork
