Klub is seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Manager who will be primarily

responsible for management of new, fast growing, digital brands across E-commerce

channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as a liaison between partner brands and ecommerce channels, with hands on operational integration and management of the online business for a portfolio of brands.
  2. Understand a broad range of products and services offered by ecommerce channels and be able to leverage them to drive business growth for partner brands
  3. Identify, source and list relevant product selection from partner brands based on learnings and insights derived from on-ground execution to achieve desired outcomes
  4. Focus on brand development and discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross functional collaboration with stakeholder teams and day to day monitoring of metrics and related deep dives
  5. Align joint business plans with brand partners while driving inputs, managing account performance, and maintaining appropriate communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce account management handling a broad range of
  • activities and growth levers in a brands journey, including marketing, sales,
  • performance advertising, deals & promotions, selection assortment, customer
  • acquisition, order management & fulfilment, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage an e-commerce business metrics-backwards, with
  • high attention to detail, a broad understanding of relevant metrics
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong alignment to Klub s cultural values
  • Freshers who are eager to learn are also welcomed.
  • Candidates based out of Ahmedabad will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly motivated self- starter, with good e-commerce business acumen
  • Knowledge of seller/vendor negotiations, pricing and promotions
  • Knowledge of selling new/emerging products into new markets
  • Exposure to online retail, and beauty & personal care consumer brands
  • Demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a high-energy, fast paced, ambiguous
  • environment, with comfort figuring it out and adapting as you go.
