About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and executing a comprehensive global affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards
  • Managing and supporting agencies to execute campaigns, sales and commission structures to motivate affiliates and optimize performance
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with new networks, publishers, and influencers to expand the affiliate program globally
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and commission agreements with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Conducting regular performance reviews of affiliate partners, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to optimize ROAS
  • Collaborating with the wider Performance Marketing and eCommerce team to track and report KPIs and revenue

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in a related field (Business, Marketing)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within the Affiliate landscape across multiple markets (EMEA, NAM, APAC, LATAM)
  • Proficient in affiliate tracking and management tools, such as affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and reporting systems with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners as well as with all levels of the organization
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
