The Challenge to Solve

Develop inclusive, data-driven Sales and Enablement programs to support, empower, and engage Slice employees (Slicers) around the world. 

The Role

The Senior Sales Training & Enablement Specialist will lead Slice’s sales training and onboarding content creation and US facilitation. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and HR teams, you will develop learning content to assimilate and accelerate the productivity of our salesforce.Our goal is to ensure that our sellers and client services teams have all the skills, knowledge, tools and processes required to deliver maximum value to our shop owners.

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the overhaul of new hire training for sales and post-sales employees, based in both North Macedonia and across the US
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts across the organization to regularly update training content to support the sales team; including, but not limited to, product training, sales certifications, and other go to market initiatives
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement within the teams you support
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement enablement initiatives to support targets
  • Implement assessments and monitor KPIs across functional trainings, onboarding programs, product trainings, knowledge management and sales target achievement to determine success of the program
  • Facilitate the training and onboarding for new hires in the US and conduct global virtual ongoing trainings in alignment with updated initiatives and best practices

The Winning Recipe

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, and L&D
  • Deep understanding of enablement best practices, including: sales cycles, sales processes, and sales coaching
  • Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
  • Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve and multi-task
  • Comfortable working within a virtual global team and diverse cultures

Salary Range: $85,500-$100,000 + benefits
