Working as part of a newly formed European Sourcing team, you will lead the hunt for top external talent for both open roles and future pipelines. You will use a wide-range of innovative and constantly evolving sourcing techniques to identify and engage with external talent. As an ambassador for our company, you will effectively convey our vision and values to inspire top talent to a career at Mondelēz . Partnering with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Leads, and Talent Acquisition Advisors you will ensure that our talent pipelines are filled with diverse, high performing talent which will ensure our future growth and success.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Advisor will be responsible for identifying candidates through digital tools, social media, and direct candidate outreach. The successful TA Sourcing Advisor will be resourceful and demonstrate strong candidate and stakeholder management skills, while operating with a sense urgency.

How you will contribute:

  • Partner with Sourcing Lead, and hiring managers to understand search position requirements and build-out strategic sourcing pipeline for key roles and projects as needed
  • Support recruitment activities for current and future roles by managing candidate outreach, market mapping, and conducting phone interviews
  • Ability to listen to, engage with, understand candidate motivations and convert passive external talent into qualified talent pipelines conveying our vision and values.
  • Strategically source and identify candidates through a variety of resources – LI Recruiter, social media, CRMs, Boolean Searches, networking, referrals etc
  • Work with the Talent CoE and People Leads to identify and prioritize search needs.
  • Maintain detailed reporting of search progress and up to date candidate tracking.

What you will bring:

  • Talent Acquisition experience with a good understanding and experience of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology
  • Prior search experience, preferably with a highly matrixed, global organization, recruitment agency or search firm developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment
  • Drive for results & customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, ability to engage with external talent at multiple levels, conveying our vision and values and providing outstanding candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices (i.e. Linkedin Recruiter, strong research, social media, networking and candidate generation skills)
  • Exposure to and understanding of technology with experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Platforms, and other tools
  • Ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide actionable insights (talent market trends, competitor landscapes, industry networks
