The Senior Manager, Email Marketing is a key leadership position within the Digital organization responsible for defining and executing strategies to grow T-Mobile email marketing capabilities. This role will work cross functionally to identify the opportunities, for the channel, educate team members on best practices and manage T-Mobile’s ESP relationships.
Qualified candidates must have both technology and marketing experience, demonstrated results and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns or projects, and can comfortably use data to review campaign performance and drive business metrics. This role will partner with deployment to ensure email channel strategies are aligned across the organization and that email capabilities will work to enable omni channel marketing experiences at scale.
This individual must have proven experience with managing and guiding highly functioning teams. He/She must provide leadership and set vision in alignment with overall department and corporate objects. This role will also need to work cross functionally to align stakeholders on the mission to gain buy-in and partnership across the organization.
