The Platform Operations team builds the operational infrastructure Niantic's Platform business unit runs on. This spans spearheading large-scale and experimental data collection projects, crafting frameworks and tools to drive critical-thinking in product investment decisions, and launching ad campaigns with our industry-leading augmented reality format. We're looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager to catalyze progress in Platform Go-To-Market in the same way we've helped to advance our Product and Engineering endeavors.

In this role you will bring Go-To-Market efforts together into a well-oiled lead-generation machine. You will be the chief architect and user of systems that produce insights into the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts for Lightship ARDK, 8th Wall, AR Ads and more. Using those insights, you'll recommend then ensure implementation and iteration of tactics to increase our return on GTM investments. You will dive in where needed to help Platform businesses reach their next point of growth, doing the operational work required to prove out their value prior to further scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure we accurately understand the return on our GTM investments by defining metrics for Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Make those metrics actionable by configuring Hubspot and designing reporting to show our performance against them.
  • Establish processes to deliver those insights to the right people on the right cadence. Partner with the cross-functional team to ensure we rapidly iterate on our tactics accordingly.
  • Set up data and workflows (using tools such as Hubspot and MediaRadar) to enable targeted outreach to prospects and customer journey optimization.
  • Improve prospecting efficiency by sharpening how we qualify and prioritize leads.
  • Prototype and roll out improvements in ways of working across Sales and Marketing to help us reach targets.
  • Help lay the foundations of our AR Ads business by running campaigns in our internal portal and producing campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
  • Required in-office Monday and Wednesday.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of BI, CRM and sales intelligence tools including Looker, Google Sheets, Hubspot and MediaRadar.
  • Exceptionally analytical. You operate with curiosity and a dedication to driving the best decision-making.
  • Pragmatic approach to scaling. You exercise good judgment and root cause analysis skills to design elegant, not overengineered solutions.
  • Influential without authority. You combine authenticity, logic and empathy to build then leverage trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong project management abilities. You create structure that enables teams to make fast progress together.
  • Clear and polished communicator. You tailor your message to your audience and produce highly professional content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice. 
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others.

Plus If...

  • Experience working in Ad Operations or on an ads product.
  • Comfortable with data management and self-serving in GCP (BigQuery) and AWS (Athena).

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $136,000 - $152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
