Job Description

AECOM is seeking for an experienced Administration Manager-Operations for Underground Metro Line - Bogotá/Colombia for employment in Bogota, Colombia.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the administrative, legal and financial coordination of the project, liaising with the EMB and the director of the PMO in the management of the Contract.
  • Supervises and directs the overall administrative activities of an office or department.
  • Assigns and reviews office activities, circumvents and resolves problem areas, coordinates administrative workload leveling requirements, coordinates and performs project personnel administration activities, coordinates administrative functions and interfaces with clients, vendors, and the public.
  • Reviews and manages office invoices and budget. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Directs the work of others.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Specific experience of at least eight (8) years in administrative management, general management, technical assistance management, supervision and/or auditing management, and/or administrative coordination of projects, works and/or companies or entities developing, operating, or managing public rail transport systems, including Metro types.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of professional experience.
