Your Role and Responsibilities

As Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
  • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Overall industry experience of 5+ years
  • Extensive experience in Talent HCM applications & Must have at least 1-2 Implementations on HRIS systems
  • Hands on experience in HCM Cloud in Talent module
  • Resource should have knowledge on any of these Oracle HCM modules – Oracle Absences , Time and Labor , Talent , Learn , Recruiting and Core HR module.Should support in Discovery workshops, work on functional specifications , configurations and build and perform testing and participate in SIT , UAT and Cutover activities
