Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Global Project Management (Need to Manage Global Projects in coordination with Multiple Hitachi Region, ensure end to end project delivery with support of Global vendors and other staeholders).
  • IT Service Operation management (Offshore IT Operation, data center Server Operation, Regular Patch management, AD Operation, Azure Cloud operation).
  • Service Design, Service Development (Design of Global Asset management Infra, Endpoint Security sevice design and development) 
  • IT Service Transition management (Check As Is Infra, confirm the SOPs, Fit and Gap of process documents, Service Transition with vendor)
  • 'Vendor Management, Servicedesk management (vendor evaluation, vendor quality control, SLA management, CSAT check, SLM review, Service desk process and SLA control).

Qualification: BE/Btech Computer science 

Experience: 5-6 Years
