· Achieve the VPZ develop target.
· Popularize the VPZ project.
· Find the candidate from multi channels, such as current WD, potential WD, outside investor and so on.
· Record all the candidate’s whole information to the pipeline.
· Visit the candidate regularly.
· Identify the ability and feasibility of candidates from pipeline.
· JCI and VPZ policy communication and implementation.
· Responsible for contract signed,
· Smoothly hand over the VPZ to launch team and VPZ sales
· College degree or above
· have business develop experience
· Data analysis ability
· Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills
· Logic thinking and problem solving ability
· Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Auto parts industry and FMCG industry working experience is preferred
