About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations including, Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, Fulfillment, and logistics. They manage all systems (CRM, ERP) and processes that are used on a daily basis. The main duties of the Operations Manager is working with vendors, fulfillment facilities, 3rd party logistics, 3rd party software companies etc. They also collaborate with Sr. VP of Operations on the development of strategies to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of all outcomes within the functional area of operation, and participates in overall decision making .
This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week.
