Job Description


AdTaxi-Twin Cities is looking for a driven, experienced and creative social media expert to grow and engage our social business. This individual will develop, launch and manage social media campaigns for our ad clients. This position will focus on both pre & post-sale strategy and execution; with heavy emphasis on execution and social media buying. the ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of social media, have experience working in analytics and be digitally savvy.

  • Be a voice for clients in social media spaces. Keep a pulse on relevant topics and ideas. Create, engage and share in relevant dialogue as appropriate.
  • Manage social paid campaigns: strategy, creation, optimization, performance success and reporting.
  • Maintain social expertise as it evolves, emphasis on Facebook.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to the clients in a timely manner, which may require formatting and utilizing Power Point, Word &/or Excel.
  • Work directly with internal departments to iron out campaign structure and performance details.
  • Work with tools and staff to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis.  Make sure each campaign meets their goal and adjust when necessary.
  • Provide first class customer service to clients, external and internal, with clear and prompt communication, quality deliveries, and innovative solutions.
  • Positively impact the team by regularly contributing to the constant improvement of our systems, processes, and tools. Take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.




Qualifications


  • High School Diploma. Communication, creative writing and/or Marketing degree preferred.

  • 2- 5  years of experience as a social media community manager/moderator or similar experience with strong analytical and deductive skills.
  •  In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and can prioritize daily responsibilities.
  • Experience in client services and customer engagement.
  • Ability to multi-task, and work in a organized, high-paced, deadline-oriented environment. 
  • Advanced Excel skills including creation & use of Pivot Tables desired.
