Duties:

(1) Revenue and Opportunity Development - 65%

● Achieves revenue targets by prospecting and converting new clients along with growing existing business
● Is adept at a cross platform sell and leading with Digital first pitches. Is able to decode a client's brief, identify assets and tools suited to that brief, develop and put forward a crisp and impactful pitch to secure the business
● Takes the initiative to work collaboratively with teams across the business to develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure sales
● Manage all aspects of the sales cycle (prospect to contract) to close sales opportunities successfully
● Gathers market information and intelligence from a variety of sources in order to prospect for new advertisers
● Applies an in-depth understanding of the customers' business to develop trusted management and working level relationships with agencies and direct clients.

(2) Sales Fulfillment - 15%

● Has individual accountability on ensuring that the campaign is delivered at the qualitative and quantitative benchmarks set at the pitch stage. He/she works closely with Client Solutions as well as Sales Planner to ensure fulfilment, suggest improvements / optimisations
● With the team, resolves account / campaign issues quickly and equitably Trade Engagement & Business Planning
● Continually engage the Ad Agencies & Advertisers at every level - making them constantly aware of Product enhancements, creative offerings & other opportunities
● Develop plans and execute all elements of successful Seasonal/Quarterly Roadshows for Ad Sales Clients (Ad Agencies & Advertisers), as well as annual Trade Shows
● Assists the Sales Head with annual, quarterly and monthly sales Planning and Forecasts ensuring that the forecasts are true to market conditions
● Continuously evolve personal and professional capability in line with business needs

(3) Trade Engagement & Business Planning - 20%

● Continually engage the Ad Agencies & Advertisers at every level - making them constantly aware of Product enhancements, creative offerings & other opportunities
● Develop plans and execute all elements of successful Seasonal/Quarterly Roadshows for Ad Sales Clients (Ad Agencies & Advertisers), as well as annual Trade Shows

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8-10 years advertising sales experience in Digital and Broadcast firms
- Proven Track record for ad sales success
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Management, Program or project management experience
- New Media Savviness
- Nurtures a rich, diverse network of Industry players
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
