Job Description

The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

In our Hungarian team with 15 years of professional experience we lead development projects of yaw rate sensors integrating many technologies and disciplines of engineering, from the birth of specification to series production. Your tasks:

► working in complex projects together with multidisciplinary teams of engineers

► scheduling and coordination of the development processes till the start of series production

► conducting discussions focused on technical content with Bosch-internal customers, supporting engineering departments and production plants

► coordination and follow-up of product quality assessments

► representation of the sensor development in multiple forums, e.g.: customer visits, plant audits

► change management and implementation of production improvement projects of series products

► application of Bosch development processes and methodologies in an international project management environment

Qualifications

► finished B.Sc. graduation in engineering or similar studies,

(studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics preferred, M.Sc. is an advantage)

► outstanding organizational and coordination skills, pro-active tracking of tasks

► great communication and people management skills

► responsible mindset with openness to agility and teamwork

► motivated towards knowledge extension regarding new technologies, technical solutions, disciplines

► proficient at English language (German is an advantage)
