  • Evaluates performance of POS staffs to ensure high standard of knowledge and performance.
  • Conducts all education including basic training in product knowledge; training sessions for New Product and all other refresher, intermediate, and advanced training courses, as required by line management.
  • Establishes and maintains comprehensive information system on all Education/Training materials relating to product knowledge ,display concepts, sales techniques, promotion programs, and system/procedural requirements ; liaises with Brand Manager, Regional Marketing Director to ensure material necessary for training program , beauty clinics, and special events are available as required.
  • Responsible for Hire to retire process of POS staffs.
  • Maintains up-to-date progress file of all training efforts; provides monthly report on training activities, including problems encountered and recommendations for improving performance of in-store sales ream and new business opportunities at point of sales.
  • Handles Customer Q&A, complain and product return process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Builds High-Touch & Service Excellence.
  • Establishes high workplace operating standards and values.
  • Provides input in the hiring decisions of staff.
  • Shapes environment to foster open communication.
  • Any other responsibilities as instructed by company.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education or related fields
  • 3-5 years in similar position ideally in the Cosmetics Industry or related industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in Adult Learning Strategies and demonstrable training skills gained in a retail or service related industry
  • Strong coaching, teaching and development skills.
  • Strong presentation skills. Ability to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Senses other’s development needs and bolsters their abilities
  • Ability to work within a fast paced matrix team environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer Literate
