About the Role
As a technical product Manager, you will lead all the technical projects and products specification for the category in the BU, bringing new technology solutions that enable a balanced flow of activities entering the 8-quarter and 5 years launch plan. Responsible for defining the technical specifications for the product segment (desired product characteristics and technical solution) to ensure that consumer expectations and financial goals for the category are met and ensure alignment. Work across teams in a multicultural environment being able to influence R&D priorities, Technology strategy, and Manufacturing approach across sites. Responsible for the development of innovation from feasibility to launch, working closely with the global and regional innovation teams for core portfolio and also supporting the different projects with external partners through open innovation.

What You Will Do
- Empower, develop, and inspired your team based on our B&B.
- Work together with marketing, initiatives, and global team in order to ensure the 8Q and 5Y plan for the category and the region
- Identify in the ideation process the capabilities needed or enablers to make the project possible, receive the project together with the marketing in the feasibility stage to launch.
- Analyze customer needs and make them into technical requirements.
- Work with internal teams, including initiatives, developers, engineers, marketing, manufacturing, and innovation looking to make technically feasible the different products.
- Identify new materials, technologies, or ways of making our products in order to bring innovation to our categories.
- Be the owner of the enabling building process for the BU, bringing all the technical capabilities and projects from our global R&D teams, and applying them in our geography.
- For the BU's local needs build the specific enablers and their roadmap to ensure the innovation process in terms of technical solutions for the BU.
- Has a technical knowledge mix with a market and consumer sense in order to advise and recommend the technical and marketing team.
- Evaluate and deal with technical risks.
- Innovation CAPEX.
- Built together with different teams across the organization the innovation funnel to bring profitable and innovative products for our brands.
- Project management capabilities to work with local and international teams.
- PSA, IP, and Regulatory general knowledge in order to fulfill all the new product requirements.
- Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
Who You Are
- Minimum BSc, preferably an M.S.(Product Science/Technology, Projects/Marketing)
- Experience: 7 to 10 years experience in an international FMCG company or trade association.
- 7 to 10 years of product development experience, leading categories, leading technical projects.
- Regulations, PSA, and sustainability general knowledge desire.
- Fluent in English B2.
