About the role:

The Corporate FP&A team is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the Cash Flow and Balance Sheet financial statements and relevant related metrics. This individual plays an important role in providing decision support to management by understanding the interdependencies across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. This role will also support the Strategic Planning process. This is a highly visible position, requiring significant interface/presentations with executive management and other corporate functions. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define, communicate, and manage all requirements to develop cash flow forecasts; consolidate, create, and analyze resulting forecasts, including communication and coordination with the Treasury team. 
  • Consolidate global Capex spend on a monthly basis and understand variances to forecast and current spend trends
  • Maintain model to link P&L forecasts into a full 3-statement financial model (inclusive of balance sheet and cash flow) for purposes of running scenarios
  • Support external guidance-setting process through scenarios, sensitivities, and other ad hoc analysis; ensure connectivity with FP&A team and Corporate Accounting to understand key drivers of potential changes
  • Consolidate monthly MBR and quarterly QBR forward-looking estimates and understand drivers of significant changes from prior outlook updates in addition to tracking potential opportunities/risks to current outlook
  • Support annual Strategic Plan process, reporting, and analysis by managing certain process inputs required to develop the long-range plan and partner with business units and corporate functions throughout the process
  • Quickly and accurately respond to ad-hoc queries from internal customers (including Sr./Executive Management)
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to streamline core FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as supporting overall company optimization initiatives
  • Support inclusive culture of finance

What we're looking for: 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • 3+ years of relevant financial analysis, planning, and business support experience in medium to large company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of tools and systems (Hyperion Planning, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be able to work well in a complex, highly matrixed worldwide organization and be able to simplify that matrix for reporting and analytical purposes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Superior analytical skills, attention to detail a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, management, project and process skills
  • Be proactive, a self-starter, results-oriented, and a team player. Wants to be challenged.
