Job Description

Position Purpose:

To provide effective support to Sales department by administering and coordinating the complete cycle starting from customer orders to seed dispatch. Responsibility for sales invoicing from seed plant and recording of customer's collections in AX.

Responsibilities:  

• Collect customer orders from sale team and processing of customer orders
• Inform Warehouse In-charge for delivery of product to the customer as per customer order generated.
• Follow up for timely supply to the customers in all markets
• Invoicing (Customers, Sample & Compensation)
• Collection and record timely & accurately the collection instruments
• Support Sales team in providing the customer ledger
• Customer's balance update to Sales team on demand
• Record keeping of acknowledge documents of free of cost seed samples
• Settlement of Invoices/Credit balance for ageing report.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment
• English communication skills, both oral and written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
• Ability to learn fast to adapt to new changes.

Bachelor’s degree

1-2 years working experience in accounts department of a company is preferred.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to learn fast to adapt to new changes.
