1. Leads, develops and coaches the operational & sales team to deliver the business plan and establish the business presence in the assigned geographic market
2. A subject matter expert & advisor to upper management on local organization & market(s) on growing market share, maximize revenue and profitability by driving operational excellence through innovative ways
3. Develops and maintains relationships and customer satisfaction with key customers and partners by addressing issues in a timely and professional manner from feedback and satisfaction surveys
4. Ensure account portfolios are achieving growth, proper profit levels, and customer satisfaction
5. Ensure that contractual obligations are completed through proper capacity planning and ensuring effective utilization of manpower and overall resources
6. Analyze and audit the effectiveness of the business operations and make changes to improve performance so as to continuously improve margins and optimize pull through and deliver to planned revenue and gross margin commitments
7. Develop and realize new business opportunities within the regional / area
8. Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts
9. Development of market intelligence
10. Ensure submitting of quotations/proposals to customers are in a timely and professional manner
11. Ensure correct work practices and procedures are followed at all times
12. Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives are achieved at all times

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field
2. Minimum 8 years experience in Sales & Service in air conditioning product/market or any related experience, 5 years experience in management level
3. Good interpersonal skill and good connection with people for both internal and external
4. Good communication & negotiation skills
5. Good command of written & spoken English
6. Good computer literacy (MS Office)
