Groupon is looking for a data-driven Product Manager to grow the consumer base for Groupon+, a new and easy way to experience and save at restaurants around you. We aim to improve the Groupon experience through a voucherless, cash back driven redemption. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in the consumer enrollment area and identifying conversion optimization opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Understand our goals, market, users, data, internal requirements, and capabilities
Creatively craft a winning product strategy
Own the full product development lifecycle for your area: strategize and communicate your vision, determine KPIs, build the roadmap, and deliver your features
Execute through collaboration
Partner with designers, engineers, analysts, data scientists and others to generate a unified product plan
Take accountability for working with product teams on initial product ideation through go-to-market launch
Work cross functionally with design, engineering, and QA to build and ship each feature, and then collaborate with Business Operations to measure results and iterate
Smart, focused, curious, collaborative, energetic, creative, and accomplished
5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced companies. Consumer experience is a huge plus.
Deep analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a track record of applying these to inform effective and successful business decisions driving consumer-centered product strategy
Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions
Obsession with understanding and meeting the needs of end-users & business goals
Strong communication and influencing skills
Passion for consumer product, e-commerce, and mobile
