Purpose of the Job
The Channel head is responsible for driving the acquisitions in the respective channel through anticipating the needs of the channel and also work closely with the marketing team to provide the channel attractive pricing and packaging.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
1) Drive Gross Adds in the respective channels
2) Drive expansion of Infrastructure in the respective channels
3) Drive Quality of acquisition and higher ARPU through higher HD Contribution
4) Provide adequate support required for delivering business targets
5) Target and Goal Setting for the respective channels
Major Challenges:
The incumbent needs to work closely with Marketing and Circle teams to deliver SOGA leadership in the
respective channel. End to end ownership across the channel is a must for this role.
