Cash Collection (Credit Control) Intern


Role synopsis

  • The Intern will support the cash collection teamto ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and compliant to the Downstream Credit Policy.
  • This includes regular contact with internal / external stakeholders in order to reach yearly goals / targets

Key accountabilities

  • Support cash collection and monitoring of customers’ accounts
  • Preparing collection reports
  • Support the monitoring of credit and fraud violations
  • Provide support for dealing with customers’ accounts
  • Provide support for dealing promptly with customer disputes / issues in order to secure payments
  • Maintain and develop working relationship with Crossfunctions (incl: Sales, Customer Service team etc)

Essential Education

  • Ongoing full-time studies in Hungary in Economics or related fields

Essential experience and job requirements

English knowledge, at least intermediate level

  • Language and interpersonal skills

  • Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills

  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking,

  • Willingness to learn and to listen to feedback

  • Works as an integrated part of the team: strives to achieve his/her individual objectives and supports his/her team's targets

  • Performs his/her duties individually or under the supervision of more senior team members
