In this role you&rsquoll oversee safety, customer experience, operations, financial outcomes, and human resources. In addition to achieving results and driving company strategies, you&rsquoll emphasize exemplary leadership, exceptional customer service, and efficient daily business execution. The Store Leader is accountable for promoting PetSmart&rsquos vision, mission, and values within the store, representing the brand. This includes cultivating a positive culture and associate experience, fostering teamwork, professional development, and a passion for pets.

What we&rsquore looking for 

• Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career 
• 4-6 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment. 
• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor&rsquos degree preferred. 
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
