This stunning resort-style hotel opened in June 2007 and has a combination of classic hotel design and modern and contemporary beach suites and villas. Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for an IT Manager with reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and has a University or College degree – major in IT. This role needs a five years' experience in hotel IT and Project Management and knowledge of hospitality applications, PMS, HSIA, POS and assets.

What you will do

1. Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office.

2. Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

3. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management.

4. Must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and issues.

5. Actively participate in quarterly Regional Systems meetings and shared ideas and best practices.

6. Experience in Project Management, hospitality applications, PMS, HSIA, POS, is preferred.

7. Must be able to provide high levels of service and support to admin users as per contracted Service Level Agreement. Ensure critical systems, specifically Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage Point of Sales computer systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.

What you bring

1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
