Job Description

  • To be able to assist the Executive Chef and manage kitchen operations as well as being an active
  • Be a culinary experience promoter, a creative “out of the box thinker”, a sparked individual that keeps the culinary experience evolving in the kitchen and restaurant
  • Drive activities bringing people back to dine, creating a loyal repeat business clientele as well as growing the business revenues
  • Coach the many talented junior professionals we have here producing fantastic results.

Work Experience

  • The chef must be hands on
  • The chef must be innovative & able to create new western dishes
  • Good in knowledge in food cost management
  • Understand HACCP standard & guideline
  • Minimum experience at least 8 years
  • Can take pressure & groomed the junior chefs to the next level
  • Positive attitude & passion on his products that he potraits
  • Can manage a la carte and buffet operation for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
