Duties and responsibilities

P&L focused

-Run a Flagship like a full-fledged business and handle P&L of 85 Lakh – 1 Cr
-Drive profitability through streamlined operations, boosting demand through local channels, ancillary sources of revenue and seamless guest experience

Drive business growth

-Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, CX with the right balance
-Data driven decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use
analytics for nuanced decision making
-Manage regulations, community stakeholders and local social and political dynamics

People Management

- Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people
- Ability to network with hotel owners, corporates and open structured channels of demand
- Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels
- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.


-MBA preferably from hospitality background
-1 to 2 years of core operations management/sales experience for post graduates/ 3 to 4 years of core operations management/sales experience for graduates
-Previous start-up experience preferred, but not mandatory
-Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making
-Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
-Should be mobile
