Marketing Ops (mOPS) help and support our Marketing Funnel analytics. 

This role will report into the head of Marketing Ops and will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Marketing budgets and forecast operations. The ideal candidate will think logically to solve challenges, proactively identify areas of improvement, and support the marketing team in GTM execution.

Core competencies for this role include:

  • Forecast Marketing Budgets to Finance
  • Evaluate historical and current financial data, including commit vs. actuals.
  • Create REQs in-accordance to accounting and procurement guidelines.
  • Support annual planning process.
  • Standardization in budget planning across Marketing
  • Measuring financial risk associated with budgetary plans.
  • Preparing quarterly reports across business groups within Marketing
  • Operational efficiencies from bottoms up and top down.
  • Governance around financial plans and budgeting

Background Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience using Oracle systems.
  • Experience with MSFT BI and/or Tableau.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – impact of small changes
  • Desire to work cross functional and collaboratively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing
  • An idea-generator: someone who will constantly be working to improve our systems and better support the marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience in Marketing, plus.
  • Experience using Oracle systems.
  • Liaison to Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable, plus
