As a centralized support representative, you’ll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim – making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. In addition to handling administrative tasks essential to resolving claims, sort mail by department/recipient as well as process interoffice mail for delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills to advance in your career.

Must-have qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent or higher with one or more years of relevant work experience
  • Work or educational experience must include:
  • Customer service or sales
  • Fast paced and changing environment
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills

Preferred skills

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high volume that comes with working in a multifaceted administrative environment.
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills
  • Organizational and time management skills are essential in order to promptly and accurately sort mail within time restraints.

Location: This is an in-office position in Mayfield Village, OH. After 90 days, you will have the opportunity to work remotely two days a week based on business need.

Estimated Start Date: May 20, 2024

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm ET (approximately 12 weeks) 

Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm ET

Compensation 

  • $17.50 /hour depending on experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.

Physical requirements/working conditions: 

  • Must be able to move and/or lift mail trays at any given time. 
  • Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom) 
  • May require prolonged repetitive use of the upper extremities.
  • Required to frequently walk, sit, bend, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate machines.
