Description

This person will be the center of consumer planning tasks, starting from analyzing brands’ marketing issues by using all available marketing intelligent sources to tailor the CRM strategy and programs planning for brands. Should the company or brand require more consumer insights to support the decision making, the person will establish project plan and conduct the CI projects. Within the team, this person will work closely with the CRM Operation & Analytics position to facilitate CRM program launch.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Economics , Business Administration, MIS, or related fields
  • More than 5 years experience in the area of marketing planning, data analytics, or CRM, with proven record on the intensive use of data.
  • Experienced in working with or supervising the marketing research agencies
  • Experiences in the following industries will be given extra consideration: prestige cosmetics, retail, FMCG, CRM agency, marketing research agency, marketing consultant firm
  • Systematic thinking capability, good problem solver, fast learner
  • Demonstrate agility to work in the fast-pacing environment
  • Good understanding on CRM-social/digital integration and tech savvy
  • Fluid communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
  • Possess energetic character, with positive attitude, and great interpersonal skill
  • Excellent on Excel. Skill on using data analysis tool or database management will be an advantage
