Overview

The Marketing Specialist provides marketing support with the design, production, advertising and implementation of planned marketing programs and initiatives for all branches and divisions of Quinn Group, Inc. by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of promotional assets, including but not limited to; print advertisements, email templates, social media graphics, infographics, signage/banners, point-of-purchase displays, presentations, website elements and video.
  • Produce designs optimized for both digital and print mediums, understand each platform and tailoring designs/files accordingly.
  • Lead social media pages with content creation, scheduling through management platform, posting, monitoring and providing replies/comments, and performance reporting.
  • Update and edit online search engine business listings.
  • Create, design and launch email campaigns, provide reporting and work with internal data team on recipient list creation.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate brand guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitor activities to ensure our visual content remains cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams; including marketing, divisions & departments, and management to understand project requirements and deliver designs/initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
  • Coordinates and negotiates contract terms and production with outside vendors, agencies and suppliers, and necessary communication for ongoing campaigns through completion.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provides post-project reports, analysis, and regular status updates on marketing programs and campaigns.

Wages

$62,400.00/yr - $87,250.00/yr

Starting wage for the Marketing Specialist will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year University in Marketing/Advertising and/or Graphic Design, and four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and work iteratively to achieve desired design/project outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Video editing experience using Adobe Premier Pro (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish (strongly preferred but not mandatory).
